Balanced Builders are a Torquay based building group located on the surf coast of Victoria who service the coastal, Geelong and Melbourne areas.

We specialise in bathroom renovations and restorations, home extensions and renovations as well as new home builds. Our team are licensed for domestic and commercial building.

LICENSED BUILDER

Company Director Andrew Martin has over 23 years experience in the building industry. Starting out cleaning building sites as a 15 year old, he then went on to complete a carpentry apprenticeship which allowed him to gain experience working in a range of construction builds. From large towers in Melbourne's inner city, new hospitals and sporting arenas to mine sites in remote Australia Andrew has worked on an impressive range of projects.

Working both for and with other reputable Australian builders, he also worked on a number of new home builds, extensions and renovations. He then went on to complete a range of courses through the Master Builders group to become a licensed domestic and commercial builder in 2009.

Andrew's vision and aim for Balanced Builders is to provide a faultless building service that leaves each of his customers satisfied in all aspects of their experience with the company, not just the finished product.

ON-TIME COMPLETION

Our extensive project management and building experience allows us to know what paperwork needs to be completed when, and how to complete it properly to avoid unnecessary delays. It also means that we have processes in place to helps us coordinate tasks and contractors seamlessly during your build. We pride ourselves on open communication so you will feel well informed from day one about deadlines as well as any issues that may pop up.
